Signs of Guidance

I am so present to a peaceful acceptance of where I am and how I feel. It came to me at the beach last night and was accentuated this morning again. How blessed I am to be alive, to have all the opportunities and beauty that surround me. The friends and food and sunshine and fog. The amazing diversity that is there for all. I sat and watched the surfers and kids playing frisbee and my dog running back and forth and the sun going down and felt no boundaries, no separation. Just oneness. Lovely.
