Signs of Guidance

Last night I stood in a circle with a group of friends, holding hands, doing a closing ceremony to a shared practice. I suddenly became aware of the soles of my feet. It felt as if they were on a thin surface, like thin aluminum. There was the feeling of being so connected to the ‘ground’ and yet light, like there was space beneath, between me and the floor, and it felt pliable, almost bouncy, yet I felt so deeply connected to the Earth. I could feel my toes and the whole bottom of my feet within the shoes as I’d never felt before.

It was magical, and pleasurable. And what I make it mean is a Sign of how we are all so grounded and connected to the Earth and how it is meant to be fun and feel good.
