Signs of Guidance

This morning I was thinking about integration and trust and growth. When I was cutting up a strawberry, I got that whatever was rotten (old) just needed to be pared away. Didn’t merit throwing out the whole piece of fruit. It’s the same with me, with all of us, just pare away what isn’t bright and juicy and watch with glee as it goes down the drain!

Then, enjoy the rest of the berry!!
I realize this is not new information. And yet in the experience of it, integrating sights, smells, taste and actions, I got it fully, in the moment.
