Signs of Guidance

I got one of those notices in the mail, a promo for a chance to win cash from a real estate company. Right away I tore off the perforated part, filled it in and made sure it left my hands within a day. And forgot about it. Then, the day before yesterday I saw the other part, still on my nightstand.

“Imagine Yourself $20,000 Richer…” It really jumped out at me. ‘You’re so right’ I said to myself, ‘That’s exactly what it takes, that’s exactly what all the books and people are saying….imagining it vs just looking at what is. So I started to do just that. ‘What would I do with the money if I won it?’ and I started to imagine that. I even drew on the card. A wonderful feeling came over me. The feeling of dreaming. On the front it asks “How Big Are Your Dreams?” ‘Pretty big’ I said. Thanks for reminding me. This is fun.

It’s now upright on my night stand, so I see it frequently. I always smile at it. I think I’m smiling at me as well.
