Signs of Guidance

What I’ve learned this morning came from catching myself going into a default behavior. I was scheduled to have a buddy coaching from someone and I was feeling “put upon”…it’s not a good time, why didn’t I just say no, etc.

Then I shifted into ‘I made a commitment and I’m keeping it and it will be wonderful.’ And that’s what it became. I got to give a lot and receive a lot.  And I got a hit.: When the Universe sends signs, very direct signs, I need to pay attention, even when they don’t fit into my ‘plan’ or what’s comfortable. I can’t make the ones I like meaningful and put the others that are ‘poking’ me into the category of questionable or doubtful. I need to look at them all as equal information and importance. That requires Trust. And that’s exactly what’s up for me.
